Use red plastic bag, meeting ASTM D-1709-01 & 1922-00a
Maximum weight of full container: 43lbs
Close top and bottom flaps by using auto-locking mechanism
Close and tape bottom flaps with 2 inch wide pressure sensitive poly tape or equivalent
Form fields NOT REQUIRED: Accumulation Started Date, Percentage.
